I do not employ a retail location for a few reasons:

  1. I offer a free pickup and drop-off of your computer or laptop at a convenient location for my customers (home or work).
  2. I don’t want to pass the cost of a retail location on to our customers – It allows me to keep my prices lower.
  3. A retail location is unnecessary for me to provide you with the most efficient and professional computer or laptop repair.

Warranty:

  1. New parts carry a manufacturer’s warranty – hard drives carry a 3 or 5 year warranty, depending on the manufacturer
  2. Used parts carry our 30 day warranty – Used parts will be identified as such before sale – I do not sell used hard drives
  3. Labor is warranted for 30 days – virus and spyware removals are warranted for 15 days
